Why Is the KPop Demon Hunters Dance Rehearsal Video Trending Again?
Because the film only ever showed short bits of its dances. This video puts the animated trio in a studio, practicing the "How It's Done" routine like a real group would.
Netflix says the full-length routines coming this week show moves and formations not seen before. That's the real draw. Fans who have copied the dances from the movie will now get the whole thing.
There's also a separate full "How It's Done" routine video. It features Leejung Lee, BAMBI and Nara performing the choreography.

Who Choreographed KPop Demon Hunters?
Two choreographers split the big songs. Leejung Lee choreographed "How It's Done" and "Soda Pop." Jo Na-In choreographed "Golden" and "Takedown."
The film's original choreographers, Nain, Leejung Lee and K-Tigers, are also involved in this new release.
Jo Na-In has said she made the "Golden" moves bigger. She also paid close attention to facial expressions and fingertips, because the characters are animated.
That detail is worth watching for. The small hand moves are easy to miss on a first pass.
Meet HUNTR/X: Rumi, Mira, and Zoey
HUNTR/X is the animated trio at the center of the film: Rumi, Mira and Zoey. Their singing voices come from Ejae, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami.
The Saja Boys are the other group getting routines this week, for "Soda Pop" and "Your Idol."
From 2025 Chart-Topper to Criterion Collection
This isn't the first time the dances have gone around. In September 2025, the original choreographers uploaded full routines for "Takedown," "Golden" and "Soda Pop," after the film showed only short snippets.
The music did just as well. At launch, the soundtrack topped the Worldwide Apple Music Album Chart. It then reclaimed No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for the week dated October 11, 2025.
The film also returns in November as part of the Criterion Collection.
