By accessing or using VibeSynced ("the Service") at vibesynced.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Who we are

VibeSynced is operated as an independent project. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to VibeSynced. You can reach us at teamvibesynced@gmail.com.

Description of service

VibeSynced is a free, browser-based music visualizer. It allows you to upload MP3 audio files from your device or stream audio from YouTube URLs, and renders real-time audio-reactive WebGL visuals in your browser.

No account or registration is required. The Service is provided free of charge.

Audio processing and data

All audio analysis and visualization processing happens locally in your browser. MP3 files you upload are never transmitted to our servers and are not stored or accessed by us.

YouTube audio is streamed directly from YouTube's infrastructure and is subject to YouTube's own terms of service.

Service availability

We make no guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or interruption.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Stream or upload audio you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service's source code without permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service
• Take any action that could damage or impair the Service

Copyright compliance

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any audio you play through VibeSynced. We do not host or store any audio content. See our Copyright Notice for more detail.

YouTube

VibeSynced uses the YouTube Data API to enable streaming of YouTube content. By using the YouTube feature, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with YouTube or Google.

Ko-fi

Voluntary donations are processed through Ko-fi, an independent third-party platform. We have no access to your payment information. Ko-fi's terms and privacy policy govern any donation transaction.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is collected and how to opt out.

Photosensitivity warning

VibeSynced displays rapidly flashing lights, strobing effects, and high-contrast animated visuals. These may trigger seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy or other conditions. A warning is shown before the visualizer loads.

If you or someone near you experiences discomfort, dizziness, or a seizure while using the Service, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

We are not liable for any adverse health effects resulting from use of the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service is error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeSynced and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
