VibeSynced content
All original content on VibeSynced — including the source code, WebGL shader programs, visual scenes, UI design, graphics, logo, and written text — is the intellectual property of VibeSynced and is protected by United States copyright law.

You may use VibeSynced freely as intended — to visualize your own music in your browser. You may not:
Your music
When you upload an MP3 file, you retain full ownership of that audio. VibeSynced does not claim any rights to your music. Your files are processed locally in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
By using the Service, you confirm that you either own the music you upload or have the rights to play it. VibeSynced is not responsible for any copyright infringement arising from audio you choose to play through the Service.
YouTube content
Music and videos streamed through the YouTube feature belong to their respective copyright holders. VibeSynced does not host, store, or reproduce any YouTube content. Streaming is powered by the YouTube Data API and is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service.
The availability of any YouTube video through VibeSynced is determined by the rights settings chosen by the video's owner on YouTube. VibeSynced has no control over what content is or is not accessible.
VibeSynced acts as a passive conduit for YouTube streaming and does not facilitate the download or reproduction of YouTube content. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of YouTube and applicable copyright law when streaming content.
Reporting infringement
If you believe that content on VibeSynced infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Please include the following in your notice:

We will review valid notices and respond in a timely manner. Abuse of the DMCA process is a violation of law and may result in liability.
If you believe content was removed from VibeSynced as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the address above. Counter-notifications must comply with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
