Sweet Action II Recap: What We Know About the EP

The EP is short on purpose. Seven songs make it a quick listen from top to bottom.

"TOO SOON" is the one song with credits we can point to. One lyrics site lists Jack Harlow and Babyface as writers, but a major outlet hasn't confirmed it yet.

HotNewHipHop says Harlow is looking to get back to rap with this project. We haven't broken down the other six songs yet, so we won't guess at their sound.

Here's our take, and it's just a guess: a tight, seven-song EP is a quick way to keep momentum going.

How Do Jack Harlow's Previous Projects Rank on the Charts?

Sweet Action II follows the original Sweet Action, which started Harlow's mainstream run about 6 years ago. It also lands less than 8 months after his fourth studio album, Monica, released March 13, 2026.

We can't rank the new songs yet, so here's how his earlier projects did, by Billboard 200 peak:

1. Thats What They All Say (2020): No. 5
2. Come Home the Kids Miss You (2022): No. 3, home of the No. 1 Hot 100 hit "First Class"
3. Jackman (2023): No. 8
4. Sweet Action (2020 EP): No. 20

The original EP peaked lowest at No. 20. That gives the sequel an easy bar to clear.

We left out Monica because we couldn't confirm its peak. Harlow released an official video for "Prague" from that album in May 2026.
